Information you choose to share

The audit form collects your name, email, company, team size, process description, and systems involved. We use this information to assess your enquiry and respond about Acquint AI services. Please do not include credentials or sensitive customer, financial-account, or health information.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in Amazon Web Services in the United States, in the Meros AWS account used to operate this website. Access is restricted to authorised operators. Form records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days; AWS deletion may take additional time. A copy is emailed to our team through Amazon SES and handled in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Email copies follow the mailbox’s retention settings and are not deleted by the form’s 90-day timer. If an enquiry becomes an engagement, separately agreed records and retention terms may apply.

Website services

Amazon Web Services hosts the website and request endpoint. Standard network and security information is processed to deliver these services and prevent abuse. The application does not intentionally log form contents. This website uses Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to load fonts. We do not deploy advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit the form. To request access, correction, or deletion of your enquiry, contact the team at mnaraghi@meros.ai and identify it as an Acquint AI privacy request. We use the existing Meros team mailbox for these requests.
